Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Hostel Warden to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for our hostel residents. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including ensuring that the hostel is clean and tidy, that the residents follow the hostel rules, and that any problems are dealt with promptly.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel
Ensure that the hostel is clean and tidy
Ensure that the residents follow the hostel rules
Deal with any problems that arise
Provide support and guidance to the residents
Represent the hostel to the outside world
Qualifications

Relevant experience working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to deal with conflict
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
