Telecallers

We are in need of female telecallers to join our team, and we have opportunities available for those located near Midhani X roads in Hyderabad. This position is primarily focused on catering to the US market. As a telecaller, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, assisting with customer inquiries, and promoting our products or services.

Key requirements for this role:

Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess strong verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers in the United States.
Sales and Customer Service: Telecallers are expected to handle customer queries, provide information about our offerings, and potentially close sales deals.
Reliable and Punctual: We value reliability and punctuality as it ensures consistent service to our clients.
Ability to Work as Part of a Team: Teamwork is crucial in our environment, so the ability to collaborate with colleagues is essential.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications will be an advantage for record-keeping and data management.
