Store Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to provide excellent advice to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s stock levels and ensuring that the store is clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Answer customer queries and provide advice on products
Maintain stock levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked
Keep the store clean and tidy
Assist with deliveries and returns
Work as part of a team to achieve store goals
Qualifications

Some retail experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
