We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will contribute to our sales and customer engagement efforts.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals.
Keep updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Participate in training and development programs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
