Refund Policy

  • Crazywhiz offers Two types of Membership Plans. After buying any Membership Plan, user will be given Credits based on type of plan purchased.
  • Each Credit is equal to one student/parent contact number (mobile/landline).
  • Crazywhiz will provide contact details of the student/parent based on availability of tuition requirement.
  • If Crazywhiz fails to provide 1st student/parent contact number , who are in need of Private/online, we offer a full money-back guarantee for the Membership Plan purchases made on our website.
  • Users are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days in case if we fail to offer the services as committed in Membership Plans page.
  • Crazywhiz doesn’t offer paid membership to those who are engaged in providing services similar to that of Crazywhiz.com (or) who is engaged in collection of data from Crazywhiz website and sharing/utilizing it for the benefit of competitors. If there are any such registrations, Crazywhiz.com reserves the right to terminate those accounts without any prior notice & without processing the refund of subscription associated to those accounts. Crazywhiz also reserves the right to initiate any legal proceedings if any ‘Home Tuition Agencies or Organizations’ contravenes condition as stated above.
  • Please clarify all your doubts before you make a payment to take a Membership Plan. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded unless we fail to offer services mentioned in Membership Plan page.
  • Before availing any of our online Membership Plan, please understand the Services mentioned in the Plans.
  • Any membership plan in our website is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The commitment offered by Crazywhiz will not be transferable to any 3rd person other than the User who actually register and purchases the plan.
  • If the student turned out to “not” be interested when you dial after receiving contact number from Crazywhiz, then we will provide another student contact number only if the buyer/Tutor/user gives the feedback to Crazywhiz, about the status pickup of the phone call by student/parent within 2 hrs. If user fails to give feedback about no lifting of call by student, then user will not be eligible for reimbursement of credits.
  • User’s credits will be deducted after release of student number to User’s via SMS/Whatsapp Messsage. Crazywhiz is not responsible whether user gets selected by parent/student. Crazywhiz only provides parent/student contact details. Misuse of parent/student’s contact details by the User will lead to legal action/punishment by Government of India.
  • If any payment error while transacting on our website payment Gateway (Razorpay), the same shall be intimated to Crazywhiz, Our payment Gateway partner and to User’s banker (Bank account from where the amount is debited). In this case refund will be processed by either Razorpay or the User’s banker based on payment error, and refund policy of Razorpay or User’s Banker.
