Responsibilities:
Create lesson plans to meet established school curriculum models.
Ensure that the lesson plans are in compliance with curriculum guidelines
Coordinate with parents and schedule regular meetings to discuss the progress of the students.
Conduct in-house and outdoor educational activities for the students.
Observe the behavior of students and help them improve it.
Attend school meetings about curriculum and guidelines.
Attend educational seminars and workshops to improve your professional skills.
Monitor students’ performances and gauge their abilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
2+ years of experience as a Teacher in any educational institution.
Understanding of teaching practices and educational guidelines.
Should use creative way of teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle a large number of students.
